The apartments are located in an ancient building in Via de' Rondinelli, first floor with lift, in the hearth of the center of Florence. We are between The Cathedral (200 mts), S. Maria Novella train station (300 mts) and Via Tornabuoni, the most elegant street of Florence, famous for its luxury brand shops (50 mts). The Cathedral, Battistero, The Giotto bell-tower, S. Maria Novella Church, Signoria Palace, The Old Bridge, Uffizi and Pitti Palace are only a few of the acctractions you can achieve simply walking from the apartments in the historic center at maximum for ten minutes.

Minimum stay: 1 night(at the discretion of Direction)
At the moment of the booking is required the payment of a deposit of confirmation through bank transfer; when the keys are consigned, must be paid cash he balance (maximum € 1.000) and a security deposit of €250,00 that will be given back at the end of the stay deduced how much needed for eventual damages.
Arrivals are expected in the afternoon after 14,00 (only for arrivals after h. 20,00 you have to pay € 20,00 for the check in service); leavings are expected in the morning within 12,00; for customer’s exigencies, times can be flexible, in relation with the involvements of the organization and of the staff.
